3 C. Flour (Sifted)
1/2 C.. Butter (or margarine)
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Baking soda
1 C. Sour Cream
Cinnamon and Sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the soften butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add half of the sour cream then half of the flour, mix well then add the remainder and continue to mix well.

Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
