1 1/2 lb. London Broil
1 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 8oz. Carton of Sour Cream
1 Can Mushrooms
2 T. Catsup
2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Package of Wide Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak into bite size strips. Brown in 2 T. of hot fat. Add onion and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through, stirring well.

Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain them and add 1 T. butter and 1/2 t. poppy seeds. Serve Stroganoff over noodles.
