Breakfast Pizza Recipe

1 pound bulk sausage
1 package Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix OR other pizza dough
1 cup frozen hash-brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar chesse
4 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375, Grease a pizza pan.
In a skillet, brwon sausage; drain and set aside to cool.
Prepare crust according to package directions and spread over bottom of pizza pan. Spoon cooled sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
In a seperate bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and black pepper together thoroughly. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake about 30 minutes. Slice and serve hot!
