2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups butter OR margarine, softened
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 cups cornflakes
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter until well combined. Add flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking soda. Fold in cornflakes and pecans. Roll dough into balls (walnut-size suggested). Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
