3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter OR margarine

Topping:
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter OR margarine, melted
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased, shallow, 2-quart casserole.

To make the topping: Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans. Sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
