1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
l small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1 to 1-1/2 inch balls. Place on 13x9x2 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

This recipe is great made with ground turkey. I usually use the small Pampered Chef scoop for fast shaping and place meatballs on foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray for easy clean up. Freezes well.
