Caramelized onions:
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 medium onions
2 Tbsp red wine

Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp salt

Sandwich:
1 loaf French bread
1 1/2 cup firmly packed baby spinach
1 lb. sliced beef

Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize onions w/ first 4 ingredients. Add wine after 10 minutes. Cut bread in half length-wise. Spread sauce on both sides. Place spinach on bottom half and beef on top of that. Top with onions and other half of bread. Secure with toothpicks and cut accordingly.
