Cut biscuits into fourths. Mix 2/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll each biscuit piece into mixture. Drop biscuit pieces into greased 12 cup bundt pan. Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon, butter, and vanilla in sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour syrup over biscuits. Bake 40 minutes at 350º. Turn immediately onto a plate and serve warm.
