1 whole frying chicken (cut up)
I/4 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1 egg
1/2 c water
all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up fryer in large. (gal.) zip lock bag
Add lemon juice and olive oil
close bag and coat all pieces with the marinade, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and blot with paper towel until dry. Dredge chicken with egg/water wash, then flour. Fry chicken in large fry pan with mix of Olive Oil and Vegt. oil until golden and done.
