Ingredients:

2 + Tbsp. butter
chopped pancetta (1/4 lb)
Italian sausage (3 removed from casing, chopped up)
1 med to lrg chopped onion
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
8 oz. chopped button mushrooms
1 1/2 cps Arborio rice
3/4 to 1 cp. white wine
3 to 5 cups chicken broth

Melt butter in large saucepan and
Add: chopped pancetta, then sausage
add chopped onion and chopped bell pepper
add chopped mushrooms
saute' all in saucepan then
add 1 1/2 cp Arborio Rice (Stir)
Add white wine and stir
start adding chicken broth 1 cp. at a time
keep stirring until the broth is used up and the rice is done and creamy.
