4 (6-ounce) boneless, center-cut pork chops, 3/8-inch thick
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing, barbecue sauce and chili powder. Place pork chops in plastic container. Coat chops with cup sauce. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. Drain marinade from pork and throw away.
Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops in skillet and cook for a few minutes on both sides. Pour remaining sauce over chops and cover pan. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, topped with sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
