1 12 oz pkg. chocolate chips
1 cube margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar (3 3/4 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla, or rum extract, or almond extract
optional: mini marshmallows, 1 c. chopped nuts
(depends on what you want in your fudge.)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, and butter in double boiler or microwave.
In separate bowl, mix together 2 eggs and powdered sugar.
Fold chocolate mixture and egg mixture together and mix well. Add flavoring and optional ingredients.
Pour into well buttered 8x8 pan and refrigerate.
