2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped˝  stick butter (real butter!)˝ cup honey˝ cup chicken bouillon1 tsp Dijon mustard2-3 tbsp. lemonA good dose of fresh rosemary leaves (I find cutting them with scissors is easiest), or you can use dried rosemary leaves (but NOT ground rosemary)4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet, add garlic and sauté a few minutes till just tender.Add the honey, bouillon, mustard, lemon and rosemary and heat through.Turn off heat and remove from heat.  Add chicken breasts to the warm skillet.  Turn after 5 minutes or so.   Continue to let it sit as the liquid cools down for at least ˝ hour.  Remove chicken breast and reserve liquid.   Grill chicken as you like it.Reheat sauce and bring to a boil, then keep warm.  Spoon over the chicken to serve.
