12 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound bacon or sausage, cooked and drained
1 (32 oz) bag of frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, meat, onion, and cheese in crock pot in that order. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, and salt and pepper together. Pour over meat/potato mixture. Cook on low 10-12 hours.
