Ingredients:  
1 pkg. of chopped broccoli or spinach (thaw and squeeze out excess water)
1 pkg. of cheese and garlic croutons
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick melted margarine
1/2 to 3/4 C. grated parm. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into little balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 for 10-12 minutes (until light brown)
