2 eggs
1 pt. canned sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. cream (or 12 oz. can evaporated milk)
1 (9") deep dish pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In blender, put first 9 ingredients. Put blender cap on and hold down. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes longer (or until knife inserted near center comes out clean).

NOTE: I like to can sweet potatoes when they are plentiful and in season. The canned potatoes are so easy to make into pies.
