4 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. peanut oil
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
1 tsp English mustard

6 cherry tomatoes
3 red bell peppers, seeded and quartered
6 open cap mushrooms, quartered
2 small red onions, cut into wedges
3 zucchini, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
salt and pepper

Mix the Worchestershire sauce, oil, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and mustard together in a bowl, stirring well to combine.

Thread the vegetables alternately onto 6 skewers and brush them all over with the sauce.

Grill the vegetable kabobs on a medium barbecue, turning and brushing frequently witht sauce, for 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Serve at once.
