1 package Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (21 oz)
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
assorted fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Slice cookie dough as directed on package and spread out flat on cookie sheet. Press dough evenly into pan and bake for 16-20 minutes until brown. Cool completely. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until fluffy. Spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit on top. In small bowl combine 1/4 cup. orange marmalade and 1 tbsp. water. Blend well. Spoon mixture over fruit. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Also submitted by Kathy Smith with the following changes. Cream cheese mixture is made up of 8 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. Cool Whip and 2 cups powdered sugar.
