1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
lemon juice (squeeze)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with wooden spoon. Add sugar, honey and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then thoroughly mix in bananas. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Blend thoroughly. Add nuts. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Can use 3/4 cup regular and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour if desired.
