"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
1 package of protabella mushrooms 2 Tbls. butter 1 can (14oz) of beef broth 2 Tbls. whipping cream
Melt butter in pan, put in mushrooms (cut up), saute on medium heat until the moisture has boiled off, add the beef broth and allow the broth to reduce. Then add the whipping cream and stir for a few minutes. Serve on steak.
My friend used to make this when he worked at a fancy restaurant!!
