1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 C. sour cream
2 bags (16oz) frozen veggies (any variety)
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 can French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soup, sour cream, veggies, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and 1/2 of fried onions together, cover and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Stir and sprinkle the rest of the cheese and onions. Bake for about 5 more minutes.
