2 1-lb. cans kidney beans
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 1-lb. can tomato juice
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, green pepper, and meat. Add beans, tomato juice, tomato sauce, salt, and dash of paprika. After 1 hour, add chili powder. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours adding water if needed.
