Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 stick butter 1 cup flour 2 tbsp sugar ½ cup chopped walnuts 1 cup powdered sugar 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1 12 oz tub cool whip 4 small packages instant chocolate pudding 4 cups milk

Directions:	Directions: Mix together butter, flour, sugar and nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool. Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/3 tub of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix chocolate pudding mixes with milk. Layer on top of cream cheese. Frost with rest of Cool Whip. Can use any flavor of pudding. Butterscotch is good, also banana with banana slices added.
