1 lb. lean round steak
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. margarine
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 c. sliced green onions and tops
2 green bell peppers
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steaks into strips, sprinkle with paprika - let stand. Brown meat in butter; add garlic and broth; cover, simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in onion, pepper; cover and cook 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce; stir into meat. Continue to cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
