One large pound or 2 regular size cake or angels food cake for lighter recipe
2 packages white chocolate instant pudding made according to package directions
6 to 8 c fresh or frozen sliced or chopped fruit with juice
1 jar preserves with 2 tbsp chambord or other fruit liquor mixed in
1 quart whipped cream use small amount of sugar or liquor to flavor when whipping

Cut cake in slices and alternately layer cake, fruit, jam, pudding and for the last 2 layers cream in large clear bowl until filled.
