Ingredients:  
2 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 large egg
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400, then 30 minutes at 350 until set. Makes 1 large and 1 small pie. Editor note. Don't try to fit into one pie, it really makes a mess.
