4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup lime juice
2/3 cup chicken stock
½ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 jalapeño peppers
¾ tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor to combine. Cook to thicken. Great as a sauce for meats and shrimp. Stir in with cooked linguini, chicken, snap peas, carrots, onions and water chestnuts for a great dinner.
