2/3 cup solid pack pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
Filling
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Grease 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and line with waxed paper, also greased thoroughly. (Pam works) Mix together ingredients. Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn onto linen tea towel immediately after removing from oven. Remove waxed paper-roll with tea towel like a jelly roll. Let stand about 5 minutes. Unroll to release steam. Repeat rolling and unrolling about 3 or 4 times until cool. When cool spread with filling. Roll up and freeze or refrigerate. To make filling, mix all ingredients with mixer until smooth.
