Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 C Flour
1 1/4 C shortening
1 Tsp salt
5 Tbsp water
1 egg
1 Tsp Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together water, egg and vinegar
Add Flour, shortening and salt to above mixture and mix well.
Roll on floured board.
Bake according to pie recipe.
