Pinto or Navy beans or some of both Meat bone 1 cup diced onion 1 glove garlic salt and pepper to taste
Wash beans. Using meat bone put in one clove of crushed garlic and diced onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until meat falls off of bone. Remove bone and cut off meat into bite size portions. Return meat to beans and simmer until beans are soft.
