1 pound purple plums
2 tsp red wine vinegar
2/3 cup catsup
1 tsp finely minced candied ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
tsp garlic powder
1 small onion, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds and puree plums. Use 2 cups puree. Combine puree with other ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 30 minutes. Great over little meatballs for an appetizer.
