8 thick rib pork chops
2 cups dry bread cubes
1-1/2 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 cup chopped apple

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, margarine and apple. Add liquid to moisten. Toss gently to mix. Slit chops and stuff chops. Season with salt and pepper. Brown carefully in hot fat. Cover. Bake in 325 oven one hour. Add a little water if necessary.
