- 1/2 cup - butter
- 1 cup - granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp - vanilla
- 1 cup - bananas - mashed ( 3 )
- 1/4 cup - milk
- 1 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup - cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp - baking powder
- 1/2 tsp - baking soda
- 1/4 tsp - salt

Preheat oven 350 F

- beat together in a large bowl butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla
- slowly add banana and milk
- add rest of ingredients slowly, beat just until combined
- pour batter into greased loaf pan
- for approximately 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
- cool in pan for 15 minutes
- remove from pan and cool completely on rack
- store in airtight container
