1 C. crushed corn chips
1 C. milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tblsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. ground beef
3 Tblsp. butter
1 C. finely chopped onion
2 Tblsp. flour
1 (10 1/2) can condensed beef broth
1/2 C. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn chips, milk, garlic, parsley, and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape into small balls and place in large, shallow pan. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes, shaking pan several times to turn balls.

Melt butter in a 3 qt. saucepan; add onion and cook until tender. Blend in flour. Add beef broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and blend in sour cream. Heat but do not boil. Add meat balls and stir gently. May serve over rice.
