1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup softened butter or margarine
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oats
1 12oz pkg butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and Butterscotch morsels. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
