1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
8 oz. diced canned tomatoes
16 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. chopped green chilis
2 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
9 corn tortillas
10 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain fat. Add salt, seasoning mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chilies. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Combine ricotta cheese and eggs. In bottom of 9 x 13 pan, spread half of meat mixture, top with half of the tortillas, half of ricotta cheese mixture and half of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
