1/2 c. thinly sliced red bell pepper strips
1/2 c. thinly sliced green bell pepper strips
1/4 c. finely chopped seeded jalapeņo pepper
1/3 c. shopped green onions
1 (10 oz) package angel hair coleslaw
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 t. sugar
2 t. olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage and toss.
