2 pounds carrots
1 large diced green pepper
1 large diced onion
1 can undiluted tomato soup
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & slice carrots. Cook in water for about 10 minutes, until tender; drain. Add onion & green pepper and cool. Boil for 3 minutes and let cool: Mix together soup, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over carrots. Good hot or cold; may be prepared a day or two ahead.
