1 3 oz. package lemon jello
1 cup water, boiling
1 lemon cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3/4 teaspoon real lemon juice
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 small can of frozen concentrate lemonade
2 tablespoons margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Set aside to cool. Combine cake mix, oil, real lemon juice, eggs, and cooled jello mixture. Bake in 9 x 12 pan until done. Meanwhile in small sauce pan combine margarine, lemonade concentrate and confectioners' sugar. Bring to boil. When cake is done but still hot, prick cake with fork then pour icing over.
