2 cups drained sauerkraut
1 4 oz. can pimento
1 large onion, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2/3 cup vinegar
cup water
cup vegetable oil
1 cups sugar
Salt

Directions:

Heat vinegar, water, oil and sugar. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
