3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 stick softened butter
2 cups light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups cake flour
¾ cup sour cream
1 cup strong hot coffee
½ cup Kahlua
½ jar (14 oz) raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate on low heat. Beat butter. Add brown sugar and eggs. Beat on high until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and chocolate on low. Add baking soda and salt. Add flour alternately with sour cream until smooth. Add coffee and stir with spoon. Stir in Kahula. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8” cake pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
