1 cup crushed Keebler Grasshopper Fudge Mint cookies
3 tbsp. hot water
1 graham cracker pie shell
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. milk
¼ tsp peppermint extract
8 oz thawed Cool Whip
Red and green food color

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookies and hot water and spread into bottom of pie crust. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar, milk and peppermint. Divide mixture into 3 bowls. Color one with red coloring, one with green coloring and leave one white. Fill pie curst with alternate dollops of topping mixtures. Smooth top of pie with spatula. Chill for 3 hours.
