2 pounds ground beef
¼ cup minced onions
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Form into patties. Fry slowly. The ketchup will cause them to brown quickly. Note: this is one of my grandma’s specials.
