1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 stick softened margarine
3 eggs
1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1 1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Combine cake mix, pecans, margarine and 1 egg. Press in bottom of 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan (use 9 x 13 if not available). Combine Cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Pour over crust layer. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. This is a killer rich dessert, but really good.

For chocolate marbled version:
Melt 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Reserve 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture and mix with melted chocolate. Pour plain cream cheese mixture over crust. Blob chocolate filling on top with spoon. Cut in with table knife to swirl, being careful not to cut crust
