1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup heated luke warm cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant dried onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons dill seeds
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda, egg and yeast. Add flour to make stiff dough. (may need 1/4 cup more flour). Turn into greased bowl, cover and let rise until double. Stir down. Kneed a few time with greased hands. Turn into greased bread pan. Let Rise.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
