1 pound cube steaks ¼ cup flour ½ tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp oil 1 medium chopped onion 1 medium green bell pepper (cut in strips) 1 tbsp. brown sugar ½ tsp. dry mustard ½ cup catsup ¼ cup water 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt, pepper. Brown in oil with onion and green pepper. Stir in brown sugar, mustard, catsup, water, vinegar and Worcestershire. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
