2 small unpeeled potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
then sliced paper thin crosswise
2 TBSP Butter
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TBSP fresh sage. or 1 tsp. dried

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic and stir until translucent, 2-3 minutes. Add potatoes and sage. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn potatoes over using spatula. Continue cooking until bottom is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
