1 (2 1/2 lb.) green cabbage or 2 bags shredded cabbage
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 c. cottage cheese (16 oz.)
1/2 c. plus 2 T. mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage. Transfer to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
