2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
4 hard cooked eggs
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 2/3 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
tobasco sauce
1 cup condensed consumme
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions. Soften gelatin in 2 tbsp. cold water & dissolve in hot consumme. Drain broccoli. Add chopped eggs and other ingredients. Pour into 6 cup mold. Let set in refrigerator. Serve on lettuce with mayo.
