Let tea bag sit in mug for 10 minutes to create strong tea effect. Mix water and flour in another large measuring cup. Make sure it is blended well without having any lumps.
Meanwhile place pan with drippings on top of stove and heat on medium until it is sizzling and with a large spoon scrape the pan and stir to create a darker dripping, Add flour mixture first and the tea mixture very quickly and rapidly stir pan. When mixture is the consistency you like, let simmer for five minutes. Salt to your liking and stir before serving
